I like clipped in hair better, 2nd is Sewn and last my absolute last choice is glue, it gets stuck in your hair and no matter what is pulls your hair out, go to hairconspiracy .com and youll see the type of clip on hair im talking about, it looks so natural :)

i prefer braided because the glue is extremely messy to get out of you hair, and even when you think it is all out after it has been shampooed, dried and conditioned you will still have small glue clumps in your hair.

Braided is much healthier for your hair because the glue gets messy and it can stick to your scalp. I've seen people that had bald spots from the glue because they ended up having to cut or pull the glue out of their hair.

Never get fake hair glued in. It not only dried out your hair while it's attached, but, it also will pull you hair when it's time to take them out. Even if do get them glued in (because there about $20 chaper per track) make sure you use a product that removes tracks safely (oil based products), soak the product on the tracks overnight then in the morining they should slide out.
